Hamza is a driven and accomplished professional currently working full-time in the Commercial Banking division at NatWest. His journey in finance began with a summer internship at NatWest in the Commercial Banking Relationship Management team, where he excelled in managing stakeholder relationships and supporting large-scale deals. Prior to this, Hamza honed his analytical skills during an industrial placement at Lloyds Banking Group, specialising in high-volume data analysis and prudential modeling as part of the Decision Science team.

A Durham University graduate, Hamza is passionate about empowering students and young professionals to reach their potential. As a Conclav coach, he draws on his extensive experience to guide mentees through the challenges of breaking into the financial industry. Hamza’s dedication to mentorship and his commitment to fostering professional growth make him an invaluable asset to the Conclav community.
